During a House Judiciary Committee hearing on Tuesday regarding the Biden-Harris administration’s border crisis, Rep Eric Swalwell (D-CA) dramatically complained about the GOP committee leadership posting a meme of Trump embracing a duck and a cat amid reports that Haitian migrants in Springfield, Ohio are grabbing animals from a local park and eating them.

"What in the hell is this? The Chairman tweets, 'protect our ducks and kittens in Ohio,' because he goes down some crazy rabbit hole, completely debunked, that aliens are eating pets?" Swalwell said, putting a hand to his forehead.
